We’re expanding and want to make sure all restaurants fully understand how our pricing works. Here’s a breakdown of our charges:

Why Partner
  • 💻 Software Fee: A $2.45 software tip: is added to each order to cover the cost of maintaining our platform and delivery software. This helps keep everything running smoothly! 🚀
  • 🍔 Non-Partner Restaurants: If your restaurant hasn’t partnered with Adams Snack Wagon, the following fees apply:

    Commission Fee: Depending on your location, a commission fee ranging from 15% to 30% of the total order value will be applied. This fee covers our service, credit card processing, and any refunds in case of order issues. For specific commission rates in your area, please contact our support team.

    $1 Markup Per Item: Each item ordered has a $1 markup, which is passed to the customer. This fee helps cover the cost of packaging and sealing each order to ensure quality during delivery.
  • 🤝 Partner Restaurants: Partnering with Adams Snack Wagon comes with reduced fees and extra benefits:

    15% Service Fee: Lower Commission: Instead of a 30% fee, partner restaurants only pay a 15% service fee. Flexible Pricing: Choose whether the consumer pays the fee or split the fee with the consumer—it’s entirely up to you!

    No $1 Markup:
    1. Cost Savings: Partner restaurants are not charged the $1 markup per item.
    2. Quality Assurance: You are responsible for ensuring that all food and drinks are packaged in sealed bags to maintain quality during delivery.

    Custom Website:
    1. Professional Online Presence: Receive a custom website built by our team at no extra charge.
    2. Ongoing Support: Gain access to our developers for updates and enhancements as needed.

    Technical Requirements:
    Essential Tools: To partner with us, your restaurant must have either a tablet or a POS integration. This ensures seamless order processing and management.
  • 📱 Partner Restaurant Requirements: To ensure seamless order processing and management, partner restaurants must have one of the following:

    (1) Tablet:An in-house tablet provided by your restaurant.

    (2) POS Integration:Integration with your existing POS system.
    Additionally, restaurants can choose to use a kitchen printer for order printing to enhance efficiency.

    Note:
    Costs: The cost of the tablet, POS integration, and kitchen printer (if chosen) is the responsibility of the restaurant partner. Product Requests: Restaurants can request these devices and integrations from our team as needed.
  • 🚗 Driver Compensation: We ensure our drivers are paid fairly:

    (1) Drivers receive 100% of the delivery fee, and

    (2) 100% of the tip goes directly to the driver.
